2.wash as you would your underpants
3.stubborn stains can be treated with a presoaker

Chlorine free Natracare pads and tampons
Natracare chemical free pads and liners are high quality products made from natural materials derived from plant cellulose. They are not chlorine bleached and are free of rayon, plastics, surfactants, binders, resins, fragrances, polyacrylate absorbents and other similar synthetic materials that have a negative impact on our environment. They are comfortable and reliable and available in different absorbencies and styles. Natracare products are between 95% and 100% biodegradable and compostable under the correct conditions.
